Haunted Trail Audition Form

PLEASE NOTE:  This is an outdoor production which will take place on a natural greenway trail. Actors may be exposed to uneven walking/performance surfaces, dim/dark or strobe lighting, plant and animal life, weather and temperature changes, haze, fog, stage blood, etc. 

Actors must be available for ALL THREE nights.
