Please note:
✔ Students may miss a maximum of TWO rehearsals during the production phase (February–March)
✔ ALL Tech Week rehearsals are mandatory. Students unable to attend Tech Week rehearsals are not eligible to participate in the production.
✔ Students must attend ALL scheduled performances.
✔ Illnesses and family emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
The full calendar is provided in advance so families can plan accordingly before committing to the program.
Casting, choreography, staging, and production assignments depend on consistent attendance. Students who exceed the allowed absences or miss mandatory rehearsals or performances will be removed from the production and may not perform. Once committed, conflicts involving vacations, sports, outside activities, or other scheduling commitments are not considered excused absences.
Tech Week attendance is mandatory for all cast members, with no exceptions. These rehearsals bring together all technical elements (including lighting, sound, costumes, scenery, microphones, projections, and transitions) to prepare the ensemble for performance.
